1. About these terms

These terms apply to numotionrecords.com and everything on it, run by Nu Motion Records ("we", "us"). By using the site you agree to them. How you may use the sounds themselves is covered by our Sound license, and how we handle personal data by our Privacy policy.

2. Buying packs

Orders are processed by our reseller Lemon Squeezy, who is the merchant of record for all orders and also handles payments, taxes, invoices and customer service about payments. Their buyer terms apply to your purchase. Prices are shown in US dollars; taxes may be added at checkout depending on where you live. You don't need an account to buy.

3. Delivery and refunds

Packs are digital downloads delivered straight after purchase, with a link sent to your email. You can listen to the previews on each pack page before you buy.

All sales are final. Because digital files can't be returned once they are downloaded, we don't offer refunds for change of mind, for buying the wrong pack, or because a sound doesn't suit your style. By completing your order you ask for delivery to start immediately and agree that, once the download is available, you lose the EU 14-day right of withdrawal.

We will always make it right when something is wrong on our side:

• Broken or missing files: we send you a fixed version. If we can't fix it, you get a full refund.
• Not as described: if the pack clearly doesn't match its description, you get a full refund.
• Charged twice: if you bought the same pack twice by mistake, we refund the extra order.

To ask for help, email [email protected] within 14 days of your purchase with your order number and what went wrong. Approved refunds are paid back by Lemon Squeezy to your original payment method, usually within 5 to 10 working days.

4. Free downloads and discount codes

Free packs are covered by the same Sound license as paid ones. Discount codes have no cash value, can't be exchanged or combined unless stated, and may be limited to one use per customer. We may change or end free downloads and offers at any time.

5. Accounts

Accounts are optional. Use an email you own and keep access to it, since sign-in links are sent there. You're responsible for activity on your account. We may suspend accounts used for abuse, fraud or sharing paid content.

6. Library and credits

When the Library membership is available, credits are used only to download sounds on this site. Credits are not money: they have no cash value, can't be refunded, sold or transferred, and work only while your membership is active, as described in your plan. Sounds you download stay licensed to you under the Sound license, even after you cancel. Previews on the site are for listening only and may not be recorded or downloaded.

7. Reviews and other things you send us

Reviews must be honest and about our products. By sending a review you let us show your name, rating and text on the site and in our promotion. We may edit for length or decline reviews that are spam, offensive or unrelated.

8. Free tools

The producer tools (chord generator, scales, BPM and key finder and the rest) are free and provided as they are. Results such as detected tempo and key are estimates and may be wrong. MIDI files you make with the chord generator are yours to use in your music.

9. Our content

The sounds, presets, artwork, logos, text and code on this site belong to Nu Motion Records or are used with permission. Apart from what the Sound license allows, you may not copy, resell or redistribute them.

10. Liability

We work to keep the site running and the files correct, but we can't promise the site will always be available or error free. To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect losses, and our total liability for a purchase is limited to what you paid for it. Nothing here limits rights you have as a consumer under the law of your country.

11. Changes and law

We may update these terms; the date at the top shows the latest version. These terms are governed by the laws of North Macedonia, without affecting mandatory consumer protections where you live.
