Put it on a bass or a vocal and turn up Weight. Follow pitch adds weight at the note that is playing, Fixed at a frequency you choose. Harmonics adds overtones so the low end is heard on small speakers, Smooth and Resonance shape it, and the live spectrum shows the loudest frequency right now.
