4-band saturation
Tape, Tube, Clip or Fold saturation split into four bands. Drag each band up for more drive and move the crossovers, so you add grit to the mids without muddying the low end.
Ableton Live 12 Suite, or Live 12 Standard with Max for Live. Windows and macOS.
Choose Tape, Tube, Clip or Fold and turn up the big Drive knob. On the display, drag each band up for more drive and drag the lines left and right to move the crossovers, so you can saturate the mids and highs and keep the low end clean. Tone tilts the result, Mix blends it in.
