1. Who we are

This website, numotionrecords.com, is run by Nu Motion Records, an independent music label and sample pack brand based in North Macedonia ("we", "us"). We are responsible for the personal data described here. Contact: [email protected].

2. What we collect and why

• Mailing list and discount codes. When you ask for a discount code or to be notified (for example "10% off your first pack" or "Notify me" in the Library), we store your first name, email, the date, the page you signed up on and your country (from the connection, not your exact location). We use this to give you the code and to send news, new packs and offers. Legal basis: your consent, which you can withdraw at any time.
• Account (optional). If you sign in, we store your email, first name, the sounds you liked, the packs you bought and when you last signed in. Buying a pack never requires an account; if you buy as a guest, your purchases are linked to your email so they appear if you ever sign in. Legal basis: providing the service you asked for.
• Purchases. Payments are handled by Lemon Squeezy, who act as the merchant of record and process your payment details. We never see or store your card details. We receive your name, email, the product and order details so we can deliver your files and support you.
• Reviews. When you leave a review we store your name, email, rating, text, date and country. Only your name, rating and text may be shown publicly, after we approve the review. Your email is never shown.
• Contact form. Messages are delivered to our inbox by FormSubmit with your email and message, so we can reply.
• Sound statistics. We count plays, likes and downloads per sound to sort the Library by popularity. These counts are anonymous and not linked to you.
• Technical data. Our host, Cloudflare, processes your IP address and basic request data to deliver the site and protect it from abuse.

3. Cookies and storage on your device

We do not use advertising or analytics cookies. When you sign in we set one cookie (nm_s) that keeps you signed in; it is strictly necessary and expires after 60 days or when you sign out. The site also saves a few settings in your browser's local storage, such as light or dark mode, liked sounds, a won discount code and whether you closed a pop-up. These stay on your device and you can clear them in your browser settings.

4. Free tools

The producer tools run in your browser. Files you drop into the BPM and key finder are analysed on your device and are never uploaded.

5. Services we use

• Cloudflare: hosting, security and storage of the data above.
• Lemon Squeezy: checkout, payments, taxes, invoices and product delivery.
• Resend: sending sign-in emails.
• FormSubmit: delivering contact form messages.
• YouTube (privacy-enhanced mode): videos load only after you press play.
• Google Fonts: the site's typeface is loaded from Google's servers.

Some of these providers may process data outside your country, including in the United States, under safeguards such as the EU Standard Contractual Clauses.

6. How long we keep it

Mailing list details are kept until you unsubscribe or ask us to remove them. Account and purchase records are kept while your account exists and as long as needed for taxes, licensing and support. Sign-in links expire after 20 minutes. Reviews are kept until you ask for removal.

7. Your rights

You can ask for a copy of your data, ask us to correct or delete it, object to its use, ask for it in a portable format and withdraw consent at any time. Email [email protected] from the address concerned and we'll reply within 30 days. You can also complain to your local data protection authority.

8. Children

This site is not meant for children under 16, and we don't knowingly collect their data.

9. Changes

If we change this policy we'll update the date at the top. Important changes will be announced on the site or by email.
