Soft clipper for loud, clean masters
Shaves peaks off at the ceiling with an adjustable knee, so your drums hit louder without pumping. Orange shows exactly what gets clipped.
Ableton Live 12 Suite, or Live 12 Standard with Max for Live. Windows and macOS.
Put it last on your drum bus or master. Set the Ceiling where you want the peaks to stop and use Knee to go from a hard, aggressive clip to a smooth, rounded one. Solo lets you hear only what is being clipped off, so you know when you have gone too far.
